General Terms and Conditions – Art Hotel Bonaire

By making a reservation at Art Hotel Bonaire, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Payment

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• Payment is made according to the conditions stated when booking (in advance, on arrival or on departure).

• Any additional costs during the stay must be paid at check-out.

2. Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing or by email.

• Cancellation policies vary by rate and booking channel and are clearly stated during the booking process.

• In case of no-show or late cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.

• Check-out must be done before 10:00 AM.

• Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

4. Stay & Behavior

• Guests must adhere to the hotel's house rules.

• Nuisance, damage to property or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

• The hotel reserves the right to recover damages from the responsible guest.

5. Liability

• Art Hotel Bonaire is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property.

• Staying at the hotel and using its facilities is entirely at your own risk.

6. Smoking & Pets

• Art Hotel Bonaire is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

• Pets are not allowed, only upon request and after confirmation by the hotel.

7. Force Majeure

• In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, power outages, or government measures), Art Hotel Bonaire cannot be held liable for the failure to fulfill reservations or services.

8. Privacy

• Personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for reservations and communications, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

9. Applicable Law

• The law of the Caribbean Netherlands applies to these general terms and conditions.
